The Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are a compilation of documents that track the growth of our Association. As new Phases were built and added to the development, filings were made describing the properties. Some of the history of our Association was put together through reviewing all these documents.
The large document below is a collection of copies of documents that were to be filed by Ariana R. Fileman, Esq. of Moore and Waksler, P.I. on behalf of the officers of CRCCA. Some of them appear to have been filed in 1997 and others in 2002 so that the sale of Units 14 through 21 in Phase A-B could be consummated. I make no claim that these documents were actually filed as most do not have signatures or dates. For confirmation you may check the county records if you are interested.
