The Coral Ridge Commercial Condo Association Amended Bylaws are in the PDF (Acrobat) file below. These Bylaws were initially approved by the Owners by unanimous vote in February of 2008 and the association has functioned using them since that date. Subsequent meetings reaffirmed the new language by unanimous vote. The CRCCA Board secured the services of legal counsel to file the amendments to the bylaws and to provide future legal services on an as needed, hourly basis. The documents below are in two formats. The first is the complete PDF file. If you click on the file your computer should boot your Acrobat program and display the file. You may then copy the file to your computer and/or print a copy. The series of pages that follow are the individual Bylaw pages as scanned into individual JPG picture files.
