NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING CANCELLATION
AND
RESCHEDULING
Due to a scheduling inconsistency, the Annual Members Meeting scheduled for February is canceled. The Annual meeting to approve the 2011 budget and elect the Board for 2011 will be held Thursday, March 18, 2010 in Unit #20, Phase A-B of the CRCCA complex. See official notice below. Prior to the meeting additional information will be available.

The DRAFT minutes of the 2009 Annual meeting may be reviewed below. Immediately after this meeting the elected members of the board appointed the following CRCCA Officers for the 2009 fiscal year:

The Annual Member’s Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2009. The registered mail notices were posted December 22, 2008. A copy of the notice may be reviewed below. An agenda and copy of the February 28, 2008 Annual Meeting Minutes are enclosed. A Proxy Nomination and Authority form has been included. The end of fiscal year financial statements may also be found on this web site by clicking here. If you will be unable to attend the meeting please fill out this form and mail it to the member of your choice who will be attending the Annual Meeting. Michael Simmons (Secretary) will be attending so you may want to consider appointing him so your vote will count. If you have any questions, contact Michael Simmons, Secretary CRCCA.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
FOR
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
The CRCCA Board elected at the 2008 Annual Meeting will hold a special meeting to determine Officer positions for this year. The Special Board Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 9:00 AM in Unit #20. In accordance with the Bylaws, the owners have been sent notice of this meeting and may attend although no items requiring a vote of the owners will be discussed.

Late Maintenance Fee payment resulting in administration fees and interest may be avoided by arranging automatic bill payment with your bank or financial institution. Several of our owners now use this banking service to avoid late payment issues.
