IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
APEX COMMERCIAL CAPITAL CORP.,
vs. Case No. 10-4866-CA
MICHAEL D’AMICO AND MARIE D’AMICO, et al,
_____________________________________________________________________
Coral Ridge Commercial Condominium Association received a summons as a defendant in the above case on December 6, 2010. Apex Commercial Capital Corp is the holder of the note and mortgage on Units 51 through 54 in Phase VIII. The lender is foreclosing on the properties. CRCCA had a lien on the units and is owed outstanding maintenance fees, administrative fees and penalties. As a result of CRCCA’s claim against the units being foreclosed, Apex named the Association as a defendant in the action. The Association was given 20 days to file written defenses with the clerk of said court and the plaintiff’s attorney.
Our business manager GFBS contacted the firm of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & McKinley providing them with the summons. Edward L Wotitzky answered the complaint. All documents in the possession of CRCCA and GFBS are presented below.
