The forms below are not official documents of Coral Ridge Commercial Condominium Association and are offered for use by the Board of Administration if the members of the Board believe they may be helpful. The forms below are based on documents suggested by Peter M. Dunbar, Esq. in his book, “The Condominium Concept” “A practical Guide for Officers, Owners, Realtors, Attorneys, and Directors of Florida Condominiums”. These forms may be found at the end of Chapter 8, “Assessments -- Levy and Collection”” found on pages 213 through 224.
