CRCCA has not been able to secure Storm/Wind/Flood insurance our condominium as the entire property is valued over $1 Million Dollars and is within 5 miles of the shore. The board has obtained a “slip & fall” liability policy. Please read the following scanned documents. You may copy them into an Acrobat file (PDF) and then print them using your computer and printer. Please do not contact the carrier directly if you have any issue. Please contact the CRCCA Secretary to discuss management of any liability issue you hear about so that it may be managed in the best interest of the Owners of CRCCA.
