2008 MAINTENANCE FEE AND VOTING SCHEDULE

At the February Annual Owner’s Meeting the membership unanimously approved a reallocation of the shares in common interest property and voting rights. This change may be summarized as “One Unit, One Share, One Vote”. As a result each “Unit” owns 3.7% of the “Common Property” and has one vote at meetings defined in the Bylaws. The Budget was also approved at the 2008 Annual Meeting and, as a result of the new percentage ownership (in the commons) and the dollars approved, the new maintenance fee, per unit is $57.00. Statements will be sent to owners and a two month grace period for late fees will apply for March and April 2008. The schedule of votes and maintenance fees is below:
